Position Summary

TrueEx is an electronic execution venue for Interest Rate Swaps with a
scalable, fault ­tolerant proprietary FIX API built atop a distributed
and functional programming language. We are industry veterans in the
financial services space that have successfully delivered many
ventures from startup to liquidity events. We are also a fast paced
start­up that believes in leveraging the best cutting edge
technologies to deliver remarkable products in remarkably little time.

You are a self-starter, motivated to succeed, and looking for a unique
opportunity to gain experience with a cutting-edge electronic trading
platform. You will be part of a team responsible for the software
quality of all products offered by trueEX, while enhancing and
maintaining various automated testing frameworks. You are an engineer
who wants to make difference by delivering high quality software
through rigorous automated testing.

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop/debug/maintain python || bash modules
Work with the development and QA teams to help build automation tools
around the SDLC (unit and integration testing)
Manage automated component deploys in distributed linux environments
Maintain a build system for a large group of software developers who
work in different time zones.
Maintain and build upon the existing Continuous Integration system.

Skills/Qualifications

Must Haves:

Python || Bash
Ruby
Jenkins or similar CI tools
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Strong exposure to Linux, specifically the Ubuntu ecosystem
RDBMS exposure
Git exposure

Nice to Haves:

Maven
Interest in Docker/Virtualization
Artifactory
Strong GIT debugging/administration
Puppet
