I was hoping to meet with Hans today at 4pm (he mentioned he was giving
some tickets at that time), but things went pretty bad at a client and
instead of spending a few hours I ended up spending 8 hours at the client.
:-(

Hoping to make it between 1pm and 2pm wednesday...
