Even if the food is wonderful, I will not eat at a place such as this when
there are places both the food and service are wonderful.

The chef can be obnoxious in these situation, and the consumer never
knows. Theo should never be a public face or anyone else obnoxious. I
actually like some of the OpenBSD folks, two that come to mind are Bob
Beck and Mickey Shalayeff.... (Mickey was a "member" of the last BSD
user's group in NYC).... but for Theo as a spokesperson, it drives people
who value courtesy away.
