Based solely on price, I would recommend going w/ Dell.   But if you want 
to give IBM hardware a shot (in this case probably new or used xSeries 206 
towers), you can take a look at the discounted stuff at the EPP site w/ my 
last name and serial.  I'm not allowed to post it publicly, but shoot me a
