With regard to src, I'm curious to know what use-case you can think of 
for needing src in a jail?  (besides some esoteric dev. issue...)

Since there's no kernel, it's basically moot to have src anywhere but 
in the master jailing server.  When upgrading, compile a new userland 
for each jail, -or- compile a single userland, tweak to your liking, 
(install stuff etc...), and untar it over the top of your jails and 
restart the server..

Just like upgrading X number of machines, right?
