Additionally, I'll throw into the ring here that there's a boatload of 
experienced BSD UNIX people on this list who work on an 
independent/consultant basis (myself included), and could definitely 
provide training for a business or other org.

Likely the nycbug jobs list is the best place to discuss that kind of 
thing if your interested in going down that path:
