[nycbug-talk] using cvs

I changed release tags and now I have a bunch of these...

cvs update: move away contrib/sys/arch/i386/dev/athhal-elf-o.uue; it is in the way
C contrib/sys/arch/i386/dev/athhal-elf-o.uue

After much experimentation, I see two options, capture stdout, and
use it to script the removal of files in the way (there are a lot)
or remove my complete archive and checkout again.

Just to confirm, is there really no way to overwrite these files
with cvs commands?
