Recently, we have been in a situation where the people who knew how
things were set up are no longer with the company.  This has placed
those of us remaining in several difficult situations.

This list has been a lifesaver.  I wanted to make some public thanks,
first to the list for being here and being such a superb resource.

I want to thank Josh and Ike, George Georgalis, Francisco,
and especially Mikel King and Mike Hernandez, who were able 
to come and get our email up and running in a hurry.

I'm hoping I haven't left anyone out, and if I did, my apologies.

No doubt, I'll be asking for more help as time goes on.
