hi am not a network guru and could use some help

i want to make this permanent on a server that has an ip address of
bge0 192.168.254.220
bge1 10.30.30.220
i wanty all traffic running to 10.30.30.1


so the comand would be something along the lines of
route add 10.0.0.0 mask 255.0.0.0 10.30.30.1 -p

but i do not know the exact syntax, can one of you gods please  
enlighten me.
