I'm not sure what happens the first time you do ez-jail.  You may still
have to do ez-jailadmin (or something similar) update.  It ~might~ be a
bit quicker. 

I haven't set up a jail from scratch with ez-jail in awhile, so my
memory is hazy about how much time you can save.
