On OpenBSD I use rtadvd on my router:

/etc/rc.conf.local:
rtadvd_flags="sis1"

and IPv6 autoconfig on my LAN systems:

/etc/sysctl.conf:
net.inet6.ip6.accept_rtadv=1

Works ok for me.
