[nycbug-talk] Rebuilding dependencies after manual port removal?

Hi all,

Tonight I had to manually remove php on one of my boxes, which another package 
I had installed was dependent on.  I forcefully removed it, rebuilt it, and 
reinstalled.  Now, all is working well, but dependencies are messed up 
(pkg_info shows the package isn't dependent on the other package even though it 
is).

I know an easy solution to this would be `portupgrade -fa`, to forcefully 
rebuild and reinstall all ports, but that would take forever and seems 
unwarranted.  Does anyone have any other ideas on how I can fix the dependency 
lists inside /var/db/pkg?
