Well, that's what is a bit confusing about this...

Who is organizing the conference?  I don't see Verisign announcing it
anywhere.

We are more than willing to help out to the extent we can (we, as in
NYC*BUG), but we don't know *what* it is exactly.

Please enlighten us Rick...
