    * Description: We are looking for two web developers who are skilled in an enterprise environment and understand not only how to build good technology, but also how to build scalable technology. We want to expand our team with self motivated creative people who thrive in an environment where they are constantly challenged.
      Specifically, we are looking for a senior PHP programmer and a senior HTML/Javascript programmer as full-time consultants on two internal development projects.
      Start: ASAP
      Duration: 6 - 9 Months

    * Required Skills:
      PHP Programmer:
      Required:
          o 3+ years PHP experience, actual real-world use of PHP 5.x, Smarty templates
          o Thorough understanding of object oriented programming
          o Thorough understanding of database concepts and principles (specifically with exposure to MySQL 4.x)
          o Advanced knowledge of a UNIX type operating system (preferably Linux)
          o Apache Source control with SVN or CVS 
      Valuable:
          o Some HTML, CSS, Javascript
          o Excellent organization and time-management abilities
          o A strong work ethic, and a conscientious nature. 
      Desirable:
          o Exposure or prior work in Financial Services industry 
      Specific Responsibilities:
          o Design an implement classes and page scripts using PHP
          o Implement and advise on system architecture
          o Design and develop database procedures
          o Work with project managers to create work estimates and time-frames for technical development tasks
          o Work with project managers to manage technical development tasks and project risk 
      HTML/Javascript Programmer
      Required:
          o Exposure to, and familiarity with PHP and Smarty templates
          o HTML / XHTML / CSS / DHTML
          o Expert Javascript, including DOM-DOM2, CSS-CSS2,
          o Application development using object oriented format
          o Thorough knowledge of standards, browser compatibility issues
          o Strong understanding of server-side activity
          o High attention to visual detail.
          o Source control with SVN or CVS 
      Valuable:
          o Exposure to XUL
          o Programming background
          o Excellent organization and time-management abilities
          o A strong work ethic, and a conscientious nature. 
      Desirable:
          o Exposure or prior work in Financial Services industry 
      Specific Responsibilities:
