      We are looking for a Sr. Linux Systems Administrator

      An expert with Linux, specifically RedHat

      You will be responsible for the production and the corporate
      infrastructure ( not limited to Linux).

      This is a small engineering team where you will get heavily
      involved in “all facets” of a highly technical, mission critical
      financial services environment. This is quite different from the
      huge financial services firms where you are relegated to just one
      component of a system! The more skills that you bring to the
table,
      the better.

      You should have at 5-10 years of UNIX systems administration (in
      fast paced environments).

      You will be responsible for Unix systems and networks including:
      - Analysis - Design - Implementation - Monitoring -
Troubleshooting

      This includes: - Performance tuning - Capacity planning, -
Installs
                     - Upgrades

      This group is responsible for new projects design &
implementation...
      as well as day to day administration & support. No prima donnas
please!

      We are looking for a strong Unix Engineer that has exposure to
      diverse environments that include: databases, web servers,
      application servers, packet filters, etc.
          o Experience with NAS/SAN and clustering technologies is
highly
            desirable.
          o Exposure to security devices (packet filters, intrusion
detection
            devices, analysis tools) is a must.
          o You should be able to perform basic network configuration
and
            troubleshooting at a minimum.
          o Any experience with Sun/Solaris systems administration is a
            strong plus.

      Keywords:
      RedHat, IBM, HP, TCP/IP, X11, ssh, rdist, sendmail, NFS, DNS, NTP,
      Sun Solaris 9, JumpStart, Volume Manager, LOM/OOB, kernel tuning,
      PXE/Kickstart, RAID configuration, Nagios, SNMP EMC,
cygwin/X,SunForte
      and Perforce,CheckPoint, PIX, Netfilter. IDS, nmap, snort, RHCE

    * Required Skills: This position offers Base of 95-110k + bonus
      of 30-50% + Options !!!!
