    * 4 years Bachelors Degree
    * Strong Linux (RedHat 3.0, 2.1) background with 3+ years experience in supporting large environment 400+ systems on Egenera, IBM Bladecenter, AMD Opteron hardware platforms.
    * Experience with Sun Solaris 2.8, 2.6
    * Experience with clustering technology Veritas VCS
    * Knowledge in Networking and LAN / WAN Switch operation.
    * Positive attitude and drive to Learn new technology.
    * Attention to detail, with ability to take responsibility for issues
    * Ability to adapt to a fast pace/changing environment 

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple business partners
