This individual will act as the Senior Linux Administrator reporting to the VP of Web Development. You will serve as a technical lead for the team, and will lead by example, remaining focused on the tasks at hand, without the need to worry about hire, fire, and review responsibilities.  There are 20-30 servers on site and they support an international environment.  Other technologies in their environment include Java, Tomcat, Ruby, MySQL, Amazon EC2, and Red Hat Linux.  Solid interpersonal skills are mandatory, as you will be interacting heavily with other administrators as well as developers.
