Hiring Objective
We are interested in talented technicians to improve our solid
foundations while keeping support resource supplies ahead of the
client demand curve. Special consideration is available to those
willing to work second shifts, overnights and weekends.

Job Description Summary
Choopa SysAdmins deliver outstanding technical support to clients
around the clock, around the globe.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Setup, customization, and maintenance of new and existing servers
- Client interaction via email, tickets, live chat and phone
- Troubleshooting reported issues and providing timely resolution
- Following up to ensure client satisfaction
- Making contributions to organizational knowledge base
- Collaboration with teammates

Desired Technical Qualifications
- 2+ years' admin experience in Linux or FreeBSD (experience with both
is a plus)
- Can demonstrate understanding of the following concepts:
High Volume Server Application Architecture
On-Demand Storage
Content Distribution
Internet Security

- Has experience with the following applications
Apache
Sendmail
Qmail
Postfix
nginx
MySQL
Various *nix utilities
- Is familiar with shell scripting
- Possesses superior written and verbal communication skills

Soft Skills/Personality Traits
- Highly organized
- Pays close attention to detail
- Possesses sound problem solving skills
- Able to conduct independent research and present solutions
