So here's a little instruction in the reality of job markets: like any
other market, liquidity and depth are important.  If there's no jobs
being made available, no one will come to seek them.  If no one comes to
seek them and form a pool of talented people, no one will post jobs.

I understand you're looking for a listing which indicates FreeBSD and
your favorite web server and whatever other tidbits that make your techy
heart leap.  But recruiters just don't speak that language.  If you
chase them away because they aren't giving you exactly what you're
interested in, you'll soon find that none of them are giving you
anything at all.

So.  If you are actually interested in actual an actual job, I'd
recommend going along the path to the point where you're actually
talking to the employer about what they have and what they want.  If you
are looking to help cultivate a resource by which your associates (and
perhaps yourself in the future) are able to find quick, focused
opportunities as system administrators, I'd recommend not chasing off
every recruiter that has the courage to stop in.  And if you're not
looking for a job, I'd recommend unsubscribing.
