For this role, we're looking for people who's primary interest is UNIX/computing fundamentals.

WE LOOK FOR DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE OR DESIRE TO LEARN:
  - UNIX Systems Fundamentals, (We use FreeBSD, Ubuntu, and CentOS)
  - Hardware and Cloud - Cluster and Distributed computing
  - Experience with tooling like ansible(1), pkg(8), apt-get(8)
  - IP Networking Fundamentals, Internet-facing
  - Data Storage Fundamentals, Filesystems and Databases
  - Programming/scripting, strong in one language, sh(1), python(1), golang, C, etc...
  - Distributed deployment and config management
  - Systems Administration Practices, (Shared On-Call)
  - Disciplined Approach to Securable Practices
