[Semibug] web site updated, still needs help

Web site has been updated. It's still ugly.

About fifteen bajillion people contacted me with offers to do a better
web site for us. Probably best if one of us does it.

I'd like something that once it's up, anyone can maintain. That way,
even if the designer gets hit by a runaway moose, someone can update
the presentations, meeting times, etc.

Anyone want to second their offer?
