[nycbug-talk] /usr/src/release/sysinstall and FreeBSD 4.11

So I just did a makeworld to 4.11 STABLE and everything panned out
nicely.

However, one odd occurrence was the lack of /usr/src/release/sysinstall.
I typically go into that directory and do a make all install, but that
directory (actually, all of /usr/src/release) doesn't exist anymore.  Am
I missing an update or some change somewhere?
