SMP is just marketing and hype.  If an "enterprise" really wanted
to multiply their capacity, setting up separate, redundant machines
would yield better performance and provide better protection against
failure.i

What would be neat is if there was a way to share processing among
several systems like distributed.net, but for any program.  Or
something like that.
