considering the reliability, accessibility, cost of media, time to
backup and retrieve, I go with cdr/dvdr when I can or disk -- they are
removable, pull the disk from the raid, replace and shelf the old...
have I done that? No, disks just keep getting bigger so I never seem to
need to shelve them.
