I just picked this up the other day, 256 MB memory stick and MP3 player,

works pretty good, I use it for when I jog, you should see the look on peoples faces 
when I jog with the headset connected to my wrist watch,  

I've been busy downloading MP3 files using WinMX, don't know if there is a Linux/Unix version of it. 

It recharges through the USB, and last for 5 hours, plus with 256 mb IT Supposed record 18 hrs of voice with 
the built in mic. it even has a built-in equalizer. 

at Frys Elec including the mail in rebate, I thought it was a steal for $69.99
