It depends on loop pricing and your location. I can do full DS3 almost
anywhere in Manhattan below 59th street for 2500$/month, 2 year contract.  
That is all-inclusive of service fees (taxes and all), but no CPE
equipment is provided.  Handoff is DS3.

Lease of DS3 CPE is extra 300$/month.
