Most of the sound comes off of the fans.. so replace them with low 
noise equivalents

That means:
	low noise chassis fans
	low noise power supply
	low noise cpu fans

Sound also comes off of the chassis - people make 'low noise' chassis 
that reverb/echo and rattle less
