[nycbug-talk] vmstat b column includes nfs stats?

Anyone knows by any chance, if the 'b' column of vmstat includes nfs?

Trying to troubleshoot a problem.
vmstat b column has high numbers (50 to 70), yet when I look at disk I/O 
with top, 'm' option, I see very little going on in the machine.

The machine uses nfs heavily so I am thinking it may be i/o with the NFS 
server that is a problem.
