FYI,

Manry RBLs block dynamic IPs alltogether so that may be a problem. To make 
things worse some, and I don't recall which, even prevent mail going TO 
RBLed IPs..

In short... yes it could be a problem.
Don't really know how big of a problem though...
If it's only one domain you could probably quite affordably host the domain 
at web service company.
