Not with most models, and definitely not with mine :(

Caps-lock only sends keydown never keyup, this was part of the Apple ADB
protocol.  Sure you can remap it but it don't do what you need.  I don't
remember all the details, but I looked pretty hard at one point when I
had a bad case of emacs pinkie...
