I forgot to mention that this mtree also need libnbcompat, which is
found in pkgsrc/pkgtools/libnbcompat/files.
Together, this allows you to build mtree on all pkgsrc supported
platforms (NetBSD, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, DragonFlyBSD, Darwin, Interix,
IRIX, Linux, Solaris, BSD/OS, AIX, OSF/1).
