The tagging chapter is verbatim to
http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/tagging.html
except for the Ethernet frames section where a paragraph has been added to
show how to do this on NetBSD as its brconfig differs from OpenBSD's.
Similarly, the QOS chapter is much of this verbatim:
http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/queueing.html
with BSD specific implementations added as needed. The Configuring
Queueing section starts with which beginning versions of each BSD support
ALTQ (useful in itself) as well as the necessary kernel compile options
for Free/Dragonfly and the URL to the NetBSD patches. Diagrams have also
replaced the ASCII versions.
