Good point, Chris.

I help run a WISP down here in Italy, and for every customer we assign a
/30 for a point-to-point connection and then route a /29 over it.

Yes, we waste 4 IP's for every customer.

Yes, the IPs are for free.

Yes, we have plenty of them available.
