I should probably have stuck to the original thread, but anyway...
I made a quick post to the Tokyo Linux User Group, asking about IPv6 in
Japan and got the following answer. (There may be more replies, I'll
post any that seem relevant.)

I have seen a few consumer level IPv6 routers in Yodobashi Camera a
while back but have never asked about provider support. This link seem
to suggest they are offering IPv6 addresses to all b-flets customers[1]
