 src/etc/pf.conf is still missing, among others:

 $ cvs -qd anoncvs at anoncvs.nyc.openbsd.org:/cvs co -P src/etc/pf.conf
 cvs server: cannot find module `src/etc/pf.conf' - ignored
 cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules
 $ cvs -qd anoncvs at anoncvs.nyc.openbsd.org:/cvs co -P src/etc/rc
 U src/etc/rc
