[nycbug-talk] icmp redirects from host A to host A

Hi all,
saw this today in dmesg on one of the freebsd servers i have:
icmp redirect from xx.xx.149.215: xx.xx.153.131 => xx.xx.153.131

is that just general brokenness, or is there a reason to do something 
like that?..
