If it's happening to only one or a few organizations that send you mail,
it might be worthwhile to craft some negative-scoring SA rules and add
it to your ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs.

e.g. Anything coming in with "ING Direct" in the Subject line or
envelope header would get -1 added to their score.

I'm assuming here that you are using sa-learn --ham on these messages to
train your Bayesian filters as well.
