	For longer term stuff you can always use MRTG or its ilk. However, my  
uses tend more to the immediate conditions, and both MenuMeters and  
iStat Menus are excellent for at-a-glance analysis (and they also have  
stuff like CPU, memory usage, and MenuMeters has swap rates.)
