Additionally it's basically the MPAA and RIAA getting the taxpayers to shoulder the cost of enforcing their copyrights. I have some serious misgivings about that. If you're business model is failing and civil actions are not enough to protect it, perhaps it's time to rethink your business model (IMHO, of course).
The large content distributors I think are more scared of things like this than piracy:
