Has a decision been made to push back the meeting start-time on a 
permanent basis?

If so, that's less convenient for me.  I preferred the 6:30 start-time, 
found 6:45 less convenient, and will find 7:00 even less so -- 
particularly since the presentations rarely start before 15 minutes into 
the meeting.
