If there's any bleeding-edge support for Mikrotik Routerboards, those will
give you plenty of ports for cheap.  I would imagine if there are any
FreeBSD-compatible "home routers", you'd also be able to get more
than one port.  Many of those incorporate a vlan-capable switch on the
LAN side.
