[talk] next meeting proposal

I hate for anyone (esp me) to post a slashdot story.  Either you read
slashdot or you don't, and those who don't do not want to :)

So while the next meeting location is still an open issue, I do propose
we have a cloud and colo meeting... but not one person speaking.

If we had a volunteer for a few angles on this it could be useful.  We
might hit:

- costs

- sysadmins/devs/cloud

- does the cloud ever make sense?

- whither data centers?
