[talk] OT: NYU IT contacts?

Hi all,

Anyone here have contacts at NYU’s IT department?

I have them blocking a few IPs that have clean reputations when sending to “med.nyu.edu”.  Sadly, “postmaster at med.nyu.edu” bounces.

“postmaster at nyu.edu” errors out:

<pmaster at its.nyu.edu>: can't create user output file. Command output: procmail:
   Couldn't chdir to "/var/mail/pmaster" procmail: Lock failure on
   "/var/mail/pmaster.lock" procmail: Error while writing to
   "/var/mail/pmaster" procmail: Error while writing to
   "/var/spool/mail/pmaster"
