Yes, we should consider Anthony's offer and any other.

The criteria for space is this:

* no RSVP necessary, as we don't want to encumber anyone, particularly
last minute attendees

* no $0.02 from the company offering the space

But in sum, it's really needs to be an offer with no strings
attached.... which we realize is always the intend of the NYC*BUG
people, but sometimes not with the facilities people.
