[talk] freebsd-ports mailing list: how to change subscription preferences

At some point in recent times the FreeBSD ports mailing list changed 
from mailman to mmlmj.  As a result, the list is no longer cited at:

https://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo

... which is annoying.

But what really annoys me today is that I can no longer find 
instructions as to how to change my subscription options.  Heretofore 
I've subscribed in Digest mode, switching to regular mode only when I 
want to make a post to the list.  However, when I find my way to this page:

https://lists.freebsd.org/subscription/freebsd-ports

... I don't see any option to change one's subscription preferences.  In 
the past, mailman had a page with many options.  This has apparently 
vanished with mmlmj.

Does anyone know how to modify one's subscription to ports@?
