Raspberry Pi (or what have you)
Usb-Serial adapter
tmux

Should cost less and be quicker to set up than any commercially available
"box"

I think if you are clever its possible to assign a tty to one of the usb
ports on the server/host and then use USB as your console as well as a
power supply for the embedded access board. But that might be a time suck.
