[Tor-BSD] OpenBSD relay from NYCBUG now up

Hi everyone --

Just to let everyone know, the OpenBSD relay from NYCBUG went live at midnight last night. It's running 0.2.4.11-alpha. We'll leave it running with a more-or-less "ootb" configuration for a few days, and then we'll start turning knobs to try to increase performance.
