[Tor-BSD] short presentation on the BSDs and LibTech

For those unfamiliar, LibTech refers to "Liberation Technology", covers
an array of anti-surveillance and anti-censorship technologies.  Tor
sits as one of the most important.

This is a short presentation, without comments, that I did as a BoF at
vBSDCon recently.  Without the comments, some of it will be hard to
decipher, but you'll get the idea... But it does provide something of a
checklist for this list.
