[Tor-BSD] OpenBSD running Tor relay

So it's established that /etc/rc.local needs:

ulimit -n 8192
/usr/local/bin/tor -f /etc/tor/torrc

to optimize.  It would be nice if that was documented in OBSD
documentation... post-install message?

Has anyone jacked up the ulimit higher?  I'm still getting:

"Failing because we have 992 connections already.  Please raise your
ulimit -n."

And this relay happens to be throttled with RelayBandwidthRate/Burst at
1200/2400K
