[Tor-BSD] NYCBUG OpenBSD tor relay - October summary

Hi tor-bsd --

Despite my slacking on regular updates here - the OpenBSD tor relay 
(NYCBUG1) is still going strong. Definitely if you are running tor and 
have not updated to 0.2.4.17-rc, please do so right away.

NYCBUG1 was finally reassigned to guard status yesterday, having lost 
the status after the hardware failure over the summer.

Also, for those who don't know, the BSD Now show (bsdnow.tv) did a 
tutorial on how to set up tor on *BSD 
(http://www.bsdnow.tv/tutorials/tor). The video of the episode should be 
up on Friday.
